2008 - Skating at Somerset House

​

I found the movement and energy of the circulating crowd a very exciting proposition. The combination of movement noise and light all found their way into the drawings. 

​

I worked in several different mediums, the most successful being Chinese Ink.

​

I feel that this is an unfinished project as I’ve always wanted to produce bigger paintings of the subject - this is yet to happen.
