2009 - Liverpool St train station

​

The commuters at Liverpool St train station have a more gentle sense of movement than the skating drawings made the previous year. They were drawn while people gathered and waited for a platform to be announced.

​

They also have a heavier more somber feel to them, partly due to the subject matter and partly to the fact that they were completed in the studio and have been worked on more than the skating drawings, which were all completed on-site.

​
